The design is a typical form follow function and try to maximize the frontage along the street for view and natural lighting, since this is located at the crossroad, the main portion of the tower flows along and expressed as a corner slab. The facade's mullion modulation changes along the curvy surfaces. The interior of the building is adopting a natural theme; Where the tree motif and green wall etc. are applied as wall mural, engraved mirror, directory sign etc. The result is a practical building that matched to the site context and raised the level of quality office space around that area.
